By accessing or using the services provided by QuickeWeb (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and any web solutions or related services, you (“you” or “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
QuickeWeb provides website design, setup, and management services as well as digital marketing solutions. The scope of services will be outlined in individual agreements or packages at the time of purchase.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for your project
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without written permission
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Billing
All fees must be paid in full based on the pricing agreed upon at the time of service purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds are the exception, not the rule, and rare after the work is 50% done due to the cost of labor. Our frequent communication ensures you are up to date about the status of your work and we strive to give all clients ample opportunity to request a STOP of work prior to 40% of work being complete to avoid such situations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by QuickeWeb as part of your project (excluding client-provided materials) is the intellectual property of QuickeWeb until final payment is received, at which point ownership will be transferred as specified in the service agreement.
You may not use any QuickeWeb branding, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that your website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all performance expectations. Upgrades for large traffic loads are available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickeWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or other losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington in the United States and the Province of British Columbia in Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
